By accessing and using Epoxy ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

Epoxy provides an AI-powered flooring visualization platform that allows users to generate photorealistic floor designs using artificial intelligence technology. The Service operates on a credit-based system.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits: The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate visualizations. Credits do not expire and remain valid as long as your account is active.

Pricing: Credit prices and subscription plans are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Refunds: Subscription fees and credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits will not be refunded upon account termination.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond API limits
  • Generate content that violates intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

Service Ownership: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Epoxy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Generated Content: You retain ownership of the images you upload and the visualizations you generate. You grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Usage Rights: Generated visualizations may be used for commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.

7. API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

  • Comply with rate limits specified in your plan
  • Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Keep your API keys secure
  • Notify us immediately if your API keys are compromised
  • Follow API documentation and best practices

We may suspend API access if we detect abuse or violations.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
  • Unused credits will be forfeited
  • You will not be entitled to any refunds
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable period

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results will meet your requirements
  • Errors will be corrected
  • Generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EPOXY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
